Oven-baked Kale Chips

It’s hard to please the little ones along with feeding them healthy, nutritious meals. But my no-fail kale chips are healthy, tasty and a fabulous source of dietary fibre, Protein, Thiamin, Riboflavin,Folate, Iron, Magnesium and Phosphorus, and a very good source of Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Vitamin K, Vitamin B6, Calcium, Potassium, Copper and Manganese! A win-win!

Ingredients  

A bunch of organic kale
Coconut Oil
Himalayan Sea Salt

Method

Simply break up the kale into pieces with your hands and place in an overproof dish/pan, spoon a teaspoon of coconut oil over the top, and give a good crack of sea salt over the top. Heat the oven to 170 degrees and cook for 10 minutes or when brown and crunchy.
