  1. How long will my order take?

An order may take one business day to fulfil (process and pack). Delivery to post office or courier collection may be on the same day or next business day.

Handling and delivery by our partner carriers may take an estimated 3-5 working days to be received (dependent on metropolitan and regional areas).

A Tracking ID is emailed to you on the day of fulfilment.

  1. Can I change my order?

Yes, but only before the order has been fulfilled (Processed and packed). After that, your order cannot be changed as your order would have been shipped.

We can happily provide a full refund, simply contact us to arrange a return of the items. For more information on refund please visit the Refund Policy.

  1. I forgot to enter my coupon. Can I still redeem the offer?

Once your order checks out, you will not be able to redeem the offer for that order.

  1. Can I exchange or refund?

We happily accept refunds so long as goods are in original condition, unworn and in the original package.

We are unable to offer exchanges as items may be out of stock by the time your item has been returned.

  1. Do you have any shops that stock Petit Bamboo?

We will be updating our Stockist List soon.

  1. Do you take payments over the phone or bank transfer?

All orders need to be placed through our online store.

  1. Do you ship internationally?

At present we only ship to Australia and New Zealand.

  1. Can I apply two coupons at a time?

No, only one coupon can be applied per order.
